With an increase in delivery boy’s cost and the city traffic conditions getting worse, nowadays many retail Pharma companies often fail to deliver medicines on time. But enriched with abundant experience in handling critical care products, Zenex International not only delivers medicines on time but also is committed to deliver medicines at any odd time, i.e. beyond office hours, in holidays or at night in case of emergency.

Yet another feature that sets it apart from the herd is its obsession with clearly communicating the product information, dosage, availability & MRP before delivery to avoid any confusion at the later stage. Handling three stages of supply chain management namely carrying & forwarding, super stockiest and distribution & retail services, Zenex provides high quality, affordable and innovative pharma distribution solutions with its Google star rating at 4.2 & Just Dial at 4.4 out of 5 stars.

Specialized Medicine Distributor
Born in 2002 with the vision of emerging as a specialty distributor, Zenex has today expanded to offer various critical care products
(injectable antibiotics, anaesthesia, cardiology, nephrology, CNS, nuclear medicines, vaccines & other speciality medicines) by continuously upgrading its knowledge via various industry sources. With a collection of rare & high value products & imported medicines like immunoglobulin, Albumin and vaccines, the company proficiently offers services that a very few companies would venture near. For instance, it's amongst the very few distributors, who can handle hazardous medicines like nuclear medicines & schedule-X drugs like Swine Flu Medicines & Narcotic Drugs.

" Operating with a mission to provide total customer satisfaction, Zenex extensively covers every nook and corner of Bangalore city covering around 3000 customers"

“Since nuclear medicine loses its potency very fast and chances of radiation are high, we follow all regulatory guidelines and deliver from the airport Cargo to the hospital directly, even if it’s on odd time,” explains V.V.Mannapur, Proprietor, Zenex International, who is a Pharmacy graduate with a business background & an experience of six years in pharma marketing and the proud recipient of Bharat Gaurav Award from Shri. T.M.Chaturvedi(Former Governor of Karnataka).

Operating with a mission to provide total customer satisfaction, it extensively covers every nook and corner of Bangalore city covering around 3000 customers including nursing homes, clinics, government and private hospitals like MSR
Medicals and Pharmacy, Fortis Hospital Pharmacy, Narayana Hrudayalaya, Columbia Asia Hospital, Sagar Pharma & others. The company that has been holding licence for both wholesale & retail since inception, is also associated with authorized agency for disposing expired products & in accordance with environmental ethics.

Upgraded Technology
To remain on the top, the company adopts latest technologies like delivery app, order app and sales & stock app. Its website acts as an interactive online platform, which is directly connected to its live database so that customers & vendors can access the data on a real-time basis. The Billing & Accounts Integrated software is updated regularly (recently done according to new GST Law) and the data is stored securely in the cloud servers. Zenex is further developing its delivery app, which would inform the location, time, delivery boy’s name and recipient’s name along with one’s digital signature and the payment status. All these updates will be upgraded electronically on a real-time basis in its office systems.

The company provides a healthy & comfortable working environment, arranges small trips annually, schedules in-house training programmes and has implemented SOPs & reporting for each department to function properly. Zenex’s revenue has witnessed a significant growth from the FY2002-03 (Rs. 2 crore) to FY2017-18 (Rs.18 crore) assuring the fact that it’s one of the fastest growing pharma companies in India.
